• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

• Orchid Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. 

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Orchid Bloom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
